Despite the claims of the North American Research League, October 12 is a secret part of that organization. While the actually numbers are not available, it is believed that October 12 has cells on most colony worlds in the American and Chinese arms of space, as well as the Core. In fact, it is the Tirane cell that has carried out the daring raid to take Trilon employees hostage.
